Sameul Aoulou2024-2025 Recipient
Samuel Hope Aoulou is a high school senior enrolled in college classes via the dual enrollment program. He aspires to major in finance and possibly work as an asset manager. He loves the stock market and everything financial. His hobbies include playing the piano and being active in his local church. He believes in "the power of hard work". We congratulate Samuel and celebrate him as our 2024-2025 reward recipient!

KASUMI GOOLSBY2023-2024 Recipient
Kasumi Goolsby is a bright 17-year-old with an even brighter outlook on life. She has a passion for art and design but is looking to pursue animation as her career. With her eclectic look and sweet, bubbly personality, she hopes to help others find their voice and inner creativity. She'll be graduating in the summer of 2024, and her family is very proud of the things she's already accomplished in her life.

Fernand Mobalu2022-2023 Recipient
Fernand completed his senior year at Discovery High School. He was born in Kenya (roots in the Congo) and lives with his siblings and parents. He has two sisters and four brothers. Fernand is passionate about sports: soccer, basketball, and football, with soccer being his biggest passion. He has an interest in fashion and a keen interest in using his creativity and fashion sense in the future, with such aspirations as modeling and traveling. He graduated in May 2023 and will be in college to pursue a career in IT. Living Real is happy to have worked alongside Fernand during his senior year.

Loudjina Petit2022 Recipient
Loudjina Petit, born in Haiti, moved to the US in 2021 with her family. Her interests include drawing, along with a passion for learning and helping people. Her favorite subjects are math and language. She has a desire to study engineering in college as well as become an interpreter due to her desire to actively learn different languages. Living REAL was excited to partner with Loudjina this academic year and support her as she graduates in December 2022.

Chidinma Okereke

Chidinma Okereke graduated from Collins Hill High School. Her hobbies include listening to music and working out. Her favorite subjects are science, with a strong interest in psychology. She has aspirations to become a physician and specialize in anesthesiology. Living REAL is honored to have celebrated her as one of our 2021–2022 scholarship recipients.

Victoria Halilu graduated from True Partnership Christian Academy and was part of the 2021–2022 REAL Empowerment Program. She is looking forward to pursuing her dream of becoming a lawyer. She enjoys helping her community and engaging in outdoor sports. Her future is bright, and Living Real applauds her endeavors!

Daniel AoulouDaniel is studying computer science and has obtained the Golden Door Scholarship for Fall 2022. Daniel notes that he was "excited to obtain and participate in the 2020-2021 Scholarship with Living Real." His future goals include starting a small business and, in the future, working at a tech company to develop new artificial intelligence software.
