Team Living Real with MedShare Staff during our Give back Event in 2017.

We will be collaborating with MedShare International for our 4th Quarter Community-Cares Event.

For those unaware, MedShare International is a national non-profit organization that sources surplus medical supplies and equipment for global communities in need, 2018 marks the 2nd year that MedShare has provided an opportunity for Living REAL to be a part of it's sustainability efforts.  

Living Real is looking to assemble a team of volunteers for Oct 27th from 9am - 12pm to help receive, sort, and pack medical supplies and consumable for shipment to various MedShare-designated communities.   Sorting sessions are held in the organization’s Decatur warehouse (which is heated / air conditioned) and are usually around 3 hrs long. Volunteers must be at least 14 years of age or older to volunteer on their own. An orientation is performed at the beginning of the session, so punctuality is important.

We would love to have you join us as a part of our volunteer team!  Please contact us via email to sign up (or call if more convenient).  In order to provide a team number to our MedShare hosts, the deadline for interested parties to sign up is Friday, Oct 19th.
